Avant Couture Event's wedding planning professional is educated and experienced in bridal and men’s formal attire. From silhouettes to types of fabric, our wedding planner can advise you on gown styles that would be most suitable for your particular body type, that reflect your personality, and which fabric would be best for photographs.

Custom Wedding Details

We have a graphic designer! This gives you and your fiance the opportunity to create your own custom wedding monogram. We can also create digital save the date e-cards and e-vites that link to your personalised wedding website!

Wedding Website

We'll create a personalised wedding website for you where guests can RSVP, view a photo slideshow of your engagement photos, a custom google map to your venue location and nearby accommodation options, a list of local attractions, and flight specials for out of town guests. The wedding website has privacy settings and will only be viewable by your guests who have received an invitation.

Checklist Countdown Calendar

Every couple receives a customised wedding checklist and countdown calendar when contracting with Avant Couture Events. The checklist and countdown calendar consists of wedding tasks and a timeline to help you stay organised.

Personalised Price Package

We don’t provide a list of ‘wedding packages’ because we believe every wedding is different, unique, and should be reflective of each couple’s individual needs and budget. We will customise a Service Package List for you and provide you with a free quote after the first scheduled Meet & Greet appointment. 

The Meet & Greet appointment is free. There is no pressure of commitment, forced contracts, or charges. This appointment is an opportunity for our wedding professional to learn more about you, your fiance, and your plans for the big day!

We custom design service packages based on your wedding details, requests, and our wedding planner’s level of involvement. A price quote is then calculated based on the time and travel required to fulfill our promised services.
